Step back in time with us and tour the elegant Butterworth Center & Deere-Wiman House. You will learn how people lived during the Victorian era, see the oldest operating residential elevator in the area, and view the fine detailing and artifacts found throughout both homes.

Schedule a Tour of the homes
Tours of Butterworth Center & Deere-Wiman House may be scheduled by appointment during regular hours throughout the year, excluding specific holidays. There is no charge, but donations are welcome. For more information or to schedule at tour please call 309-765-7970 or 309-765-7971.

On the weekends, facility hours vary to accommodate scheduled appointment tours at both Butterworth Center and Deere-Wiman House. It is recommended that you schedule a tour at least one week in advance, as walk-in tours are not guaranteed.

Butterworth Center and Deere-Wiman House tours must be scheduled by appointment no later than 4:00 p.m. Tours at Deere-Wiman House Tours last about 45 minutes long. There is no fee, but donations are welcome. We look forward to your visit.

Summer Tours
Summer tours are offered in July and August on Sundays at 1, 2, 3, and 4 p.m. at Butterworth Center (1105-8th Street, Moline, Illinois) and Deere-Wiman House (817-11th Avenue, Moline, Ilinios).
